Initiate Your Request
Log into your Delta Brand account and select the items you wish to return from your recent order history to generate a return authorization.
Pack with Care
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned home goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
